How do I place an order?+
Choose an edition and customise your specification. Send your enquiry through WhatsApp or open @ledore.uk directly on Instagram. We’ll confirm your personal quote and specification before your order is placed.
Which iPhone models can I enquire about?+
Our collection includes iPhone 15, 16, 17 and 18 Pro Max. Choose 256GB or 512GB for 15 and 16 Pro Max, and 256GB, 512GB or 1TB for 17 and 18 Pro Max. Availability is confirmed for your chosen design.
Can I personalise my phone?+
Yes. Ask about a name, initials or a decorative motif. Add your idea on the customisation page and we’ll confirm the details for your chosen edition.
What materials and warranty are included?+
The gold specification, decorative materials and warranty are detailed in your personal quote. Your chosen finish, engraving and any embellishments are agreed before your commission begins.

The bespoke gold customisation for our phones is handcrafted in the United Arab Emirates. Each piece is made to order, with your chosen finish and personal details.
How long does it take to make my phone?+
Handcrafting your phone takes approximately two weeks once your order and specification are confirmed. Your phone is then prepared for dispatch.
How will my phone be delivered?+
Your completed phone is sent through DHL. Delivery typically takes two to three days after dispatch, following the approximately two-week production period.
